1. What Drivewise is
Drivewise is an educational tool that estimates auto-loan approval likelihood using publicly known underwriting ratios (DTI, LTV, residual income, stress tests). It is not a lender, broker, dealer, or credit-decisioning service. Nothing here is a credit offer, a guarantee of financing, or financial advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By creating an account you confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass security, or violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or attempt to extract other users' data. Don't use the service for unlawful credit, fair-lending, or anti-discrimination violations. Dealer accounts must contact buyers professionally and only about the deal they expressed interest in.
5. Paid plans
Premium plans unlock unlimited reports and the AI advisor. Charges renew until canceled. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice on this page.
6. Disclaimers
Estimates depend on the inputs you provide and assumptions about taxes, fees, insurance, and APR by credit tier. Real lender offers will differ. Drivewise makes no guarantee of accuracy, approval, or specific loan terms. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drivewise's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
